What can I say? |
|
I bought this book because my putting average had crept up to 2.56. When Id finished reading it, I thought it hasnt actually told me anything that isnt obvious. Three weeks later however, my average has dropped to 2.22, and today I played 1.78. Co-incidence? Maybe, but all the same, Im not telling my playing partners about this book!

Do Not Read this Book |
I say "Dont Read This Book" because Id really like to keep it as my own "secret weapon". Its very selfish and I wont be blabbing about it to my friends. But...... if you want to watch your scores go down, *buy* this book. Right Now. Applying Bob Rotellas psychology to your putting will help your entire game. I find that I dont worry about my drive or my approach shots anymore - they take care of themselves. I now actually look forward to getting to the green. I just cant wait to go putting!! Ive played a few rounds lately where my partners have stared open mouthed as I drain putt after putt.... Its a good feeling to stand over every putt and think "This is going in" before youve even hit the ball. Bob Rotella, if you read this, *YOU* are the man. Respect.

Still too easy |
|
Already owning Tiger Woods 2002 i thought it was time to get the new version and while the graphics and general game play are far superior i cant help but think that it is far to easy a game to play. I can constantly record over 20 under par on a regular basis and that really isnt much of a challenge is it. I was hoping that this version would be harder than previous but unfortunately EA have bought in additional features like designing your own golfer and not worked on making the game harder to conquer and make it more realistic and less of a stroll in the park which it has turned out to be.
