Follow Through (Throughswing)

The Follow Through on a Golf Shot

Your golf shot through swing is the mirror of your backswing but in reverse of course as the golf club follows a similar theoretical line. Miss hit shots or even missing the ball completely are often produced through nervous apprehension of hitting something with the golf club. This can leads to loss of concentration, tensing up and body movement in the swing. Hitting the ground, missing the ball or hitting the top of the ball can be the outcome.

Relax and just try not to hit the ball too hard is the suggestion. If you can do this and keep your eyes fixed on the ball, suddenly those Driver Tee shots become fun instead of striking terror into you.

Just Slow Down Your Swing!
